Our Service provides users with a collection of free online tools for file conversion and manipulation. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user data or files.

You agree not to use the Service to upload or process any content that infringes upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
4. User Files and Data
We respect the privacy and ownership of your content. For our client-side tools, your files are processed directly in your browser and are never sent to our servers. For tools that require server-side processing, files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within one hour. We do not claim any ownership rights to your files.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EaseBowl expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that EaseBowl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
